The service

Hey Robin is a travel planning and guiding app. Robin, the assistant inside it, plans itineraries, suggests places, estimates budgets, and guides you on your days out. Some features are free; others require a subscription purchased through Apple, governed by Apple's payment terms and cancellable in your App Store settings.

Robin's suggestions are suggestions

Robin's plans are generated with the help of AI and live map data. They are honest, best-effort recommendations, not guarantees. Opening hours change, venues close, events move. Verify anything that matters (tickets, reservations, visas, health requirements) with the venue or authority before relying on it. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions and safety.

Your content

Your trips, chats and photos remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display them to you and the people you share a trip with; that is all we use it for. Don't upload content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no using it to harm others, and no scraping or reselling its output as your own service. AI usage has fair per-user limits to keep the service fast for everyone.

Account & termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuthatch LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
